Pre Purchase Inspection

Do you know that 90 – 95% of vehicle problems are directly related to a quack mechanic?

You woke up in the morning full of energy to win the business of the day…

As usual, I don’t know about you, you make some good wishes of prayer, do a little exercise, take a warm bath, sip a cup of tea, and dress up.

You couldn’t help but notice how fast time is ticking away…Just 30mins left to the board meeting and you are sure to make it right on time because roughly it takes you just 17mins to arrive at the office.

You walk boldly to your amazing car, enter, and shut the doors…the gate is widely opened to wish you goodbye, you smile and start your Car only to make a gentle U-turn and here comes this loud-cranking sound from the engine, What is that!

But I parked this car here…myself yesterday evening after work in good shape, what happened? Now your mood changed as the car keeps making the sound as you try to drive further…My God 5mins is left to the meeting and you haven’t even exited your house gate…

Car problems are something you don’t want to have. I know how inconvenient, frightening, and expensive it can be. Fortunately, you can often avoid this menace

Here’s how:

As a car owner, it is important to use a certified mechanic for you to avoid bigger problems with your car and Lower the Cost of repair and maintenance.

How painful it is when I hear “Madam Use am e go work, the other day, one mechanic use am for my friend”

Just because they want to sell their products and make money should not push you to make decisions that may cost even your precious life.

Here’s a true story:

I went for an inspection on a Ford Figo 2005 model, I discovered the vehicle was oozing a Knocking Sound. From the reservoir of my empathy, I quoted for an Engine replacement and other necessary Services and repairs to be done. My beloved client approved of it, we drove the car gently to the workshop to avoid final breakdown.

Engine removal work began only for us to discover that a Toyota Oil Filter was used but wait…this is a Ford made car and only the Ford filter should be used. I quickly recalled when the Client told me she does oil change for a lesser amount as against what we use to charge for lube service, I tried to convince her why the oil she uses is not the recommended Oil for the car but she said she has been servicing with that Oil for long.

Client’s car under repairs

I didn’t argue!

Sometimes clients think it is a marketing strategy to make money when giving Professional Advice.

It happened that the Low-quality oil and filter was the reason why we replaced the complete Engine.

This could have been avoided if adequate precautions were taken.
